Fields of application
FLAMMADUR A 77 HF is a non-halogene coating which foams up under the influence of fire and protects the material. In case of fi re the maintenance of function extends.
Product properties
- Reacts neutrally
- Physiologically safe
- Not subject to hazard identification requirements
- Current rating of the coated electrical cables is not reduced
- Dripping or dropping of burnings cable fragments is limited
Application instructions
- Areas to be protected must be dry, clean and free from oil
- Surface and air temperature shall be ≥ 5 °C
- Before application the product must be thoroughly stirred, if the consistency is too thick, water can be added to thin it down slightly.
- The coating can either be applied with a brush, roller or airless spray gun.
- To protect the coating against moisture it can be coated additionally with FLAMMADUR ® V 906
